Our Urgent Care is experiencing a large increase in daily patients. We apologize if you experience a longer than expected wait time or are unable to reach us by phone. Please find answers to frequently asked questions below.

DAILY COVID-19 TESTING

  • Testing is from 9 am to 11 pm daily

  • We offer same-day tests

COVID-19 Test Cost

  • Symptoms or Exposure: your insurance may cover the cost of the testing if it is deemed medically necessary (symptomatic or have been exposed). We do collect an Urgent Care Office Visit fee + tax at your appointment.

  • Please contact your insurance to find out what your Urgent Care Office Visit fee is.

  • Out-of-Pocket Cost (e.g. Tests for Travel):

    • Elective testing for travel or other reasons deemed not medically necessary will be an out-of-pocket cost not covered by insurance

      • PCR/Antigen Test: $300 + tax

      • Antigen Test: $169.99 + tax

      • Antibody Test: $160 + tax

  • GeneXpert RT-PCR machine (RT-PCR Results within an Hour)

  • Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) Covid-19 Test

  • Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (RT-PCR) (Results in 45 minutes)

  • Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (LAMP) (With Results in 20 minutes)

  • Next Generation Sequence, Quantitative Antigen Test (CLEIA) (With Same Day Results)

  • Venous Serology Antibody Covid-19 Test

  • Whole Blood Antibody Covid-19 Test

  • Disclaimer: The type of test you will receive is at the discretion of the health provider based on your symptoms and exposure history.

Parking

  • We validate for the first hour of your appointment in the Princess Ka’iulani lot.

  • We do not validate after 1 hour.

  • We recommend getting dropped off or parking along the Ala Wai.
