HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Health & Wellness Medicine gives patients access to Hawaii’s leading healthcare providers, a state-of-the-art facility, and personalized care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Membership in this healthcare community is an investment in your health and well-being. Each member is charged an annual fee which will automatically renew each year.
In addition, all medical services provided will be billed to your insurance or billed at the corresponding out-of-pocket price.

Our healthcare providers are more than happy to attend to you in your residence, office, or where ever you are located. Our staff will travel to any destination on Oahu.
